MEET THE FACES BEHIND AW LOCKSMITH!
Alex – Owner
Alex is the Owner of AW Locksmith, where he specializes in residential, commercial, and automotive locksmith work, along with antique hardware restoration. He plays a hands-on role in the field and has built the business around strong service, problem-solving, and attention to detail. His passion for helping those in need is what drives him and continues to shape the way he approaches both his work and his customers.
Before starting AW Locksmith, Alex served for six years in the Army National Guard, an experience that helped shape his discipline, work ethic, and ability to stay focused under pressure. He brings that same mindset into the work he does each day, along with a strong passion for the locksmith trade and helping customers through a wide range of security needs.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys fishing, kayaking, and spending time outdoors, especially in the warm weather. His experience, leadership, and dedication to the trade make him the foundation of the AW Locksmith team.
Arianna – Owner and Operations Manager
Arianna is the Operations Manager at AW Locksmith, where she now works full-time overseeing day-to-day operations, client communication, scheduling, bookkeeping, marketing, and behind-the-scenes systems that keep the business running smoothly. After graduating from West Chester University with a degree in Spanish, Arianna first joined the business in a part-time role, helping with bookkeeping and marketing before transitioning into her full-time position this year.
Before stepping into her current role, Arianna worked part-time at the Exton Region Chamber of Commerce, where she had the opportunity to work alongside the President, board members, and Chamber membership. Her time there gave her valuable experience in event planning, membership relations, communication, and networking. As a member of the Exton Region Chamber, she looks forward to continuing to apply those skills through AW Locksmith while staying involved with the YPN Council and community events.
Outside of work, Arianna enjoys playing pickleball, continuing to grow her bookkeeping skills, and building strong relationships within the local community. Her organization, attention to detail, and genuine care for people make her an important part of AW Locksmith’s continued growth.
Nick – Lead Field Technician
Nick is the Lead Field Technician at AW Locksmith, where he handles residential, commercial, and automotive locksmith work in the field. He plays a key role in day-to-day service operations, bringing a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a steady presence to each job. As he continues to grow in the trade, Nick helps support customers through a wide range of locksmith needs while representing the company out on the road.
In addition to his work at AW Locksmith, Nick is a current member of the Army National Guard, which has helped shape his discipline, focus, and commitment. He is also a graduate of Kutztown University and enjoys taking on new challenges both professionally and personally.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys rock climbing and staying active. His reliability, versatility, and hands-on field experience make him an important part of the AW Locksmith team.
