SERVICES PROVIDED

AW Locksmith offers a wide range of locksmith services, including, but not limited to:

  • Residential, commercial, and automotive lockouts
  • Key duplication, ignition repair, and car key/fob programming
  • Lock installations, rekeying, and smart home security installations (e.g., Ring cameras)
  • Antique hardware restoration, master key systems, panic bars, and exit devices
  • High-security locks for buildings.

Note: AW Locksmith does not provide services related to access control systems or wiring installations.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of services.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: Credit card, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, checks, and cash.
  • Labor Billing: Labor hours are billed in 0.5-hour increments, adjusted upon service completion.
  • Late Payment: Unpaid balances after 30 days incur a 1.5% finance charge. Future services may be suspended until outstanding balances are paid.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

There are no fees for cancellations or rescheduling if communicated promptly. However:

  • If a locksmith is en route and service is no longer needed (e.g., you’ve resolved the issue), a service call fee of $85 applies during business hours (8 am–6 pm).
  • Nighttime rates (7 pm–7 am) may be higher; confirm these with the locksmith when scheduling.

WARRANTY AND PARTS POLICY

AW Locksmith does not offer warranties on parts supplied by the customer. We recommend purchasing parts directly from AW Locksmith to ensure compatibility and avoid potential issues. AW Locksmith is not liable for malfunctions, faults, or incompatibilities related to customer-supplied products.

LIABILITY

AW Locksmith is not responsible for damage or issues arising from customer-supplied products, including locks and keys. In the event of product failure, we can replace faulty parts with trusted products at the customer’s expense.

SERVICE AREA AND AVAILABILITY

AW Locksmith proudly serves Chester and Delaware counties. Availability may vary, and some areas may be out of reach depending on timing and location. If service cannot be completed due to location limitations, we will promptly notify and reschedule or refer you to another locksmith.

  • Force Majeure: AW Locksmith is not responsible for delays or failures due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, accidents, or road closures. Rescheduling will be offered at the earliest convenience.

PRICING

Our rates vary by time of day:

  • Daytime Rates: 8 am to 6 pm
  • Nighttime Rates: 7 pm to 7 am (higher rates apply)

Please confirm pricing with your locksmith when scheduling.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you have concerns about services or charges, contact us directly to resolve the issue. If unresolved, you agree to pursue mediation before any formal legal action.

PRIVACY POLICY

AW Locksmith is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect necessary information, such as your name, contact details, and service needs. Calls may be tracked and recorded for quality assurance by our VOIP provider, Ascend VoIP. We do not share personal information without consent, except as required by law or to provide requested services.

RECORDING AND DOCUMENTATION

By using AW Locksmith’s services, you consent to potential video or photographic recording for quality assurance, training, or promotional purposes. These recordings are kept confidential and will not be publicly shared without your prior consent.
